Hi dear customer
If you have a problem with our products, we will be happy to resolve them! 
A faulty item, or the item you see all gray, or is there some missing part, we are ready to send you a copy of the product as soon as possible! 

If due to lag the product does not arrive soon, please relogin, and if the problem persists, wait 24 hours, if after 24 hours the item will be not arrived  (and instead the transaction has been carried out) You will be sent a copy immediately! 
In every case, please contact me, we will solve the problem together! 

So if you have a problem with one of our items, please send your complaint via Notecard,

* Name of item 
* problem presented 
* Date 
I will answer you personally as soon as possible!
